Green coffee beans are sent directly from Doi Chaang Village to Calgary, Alberta where elevation and low humidity levels create an ideal environment for roasting coffee. Here our expert Roastmaster roasts the beans in small batches inside a traditional drum to release the unique and exotic characteristics of the coffee.

 

The complex and flavourful profile of the beans provides such a wide spectrum of taste that the beans can be roasted on different levels and then combined to produce a variety of distinctive roasts.


Each bag of Doi Chaang Coffee contains only our premium certified organic Arabica beans from the Doi Chaang region. Doi Chaang Coffee is sealed in high grade valve bags, guaranteeing freshness.
