Well-balanced with a delicate body and rich undertones, our Single-Origin Medium offers an exceptionally vibrant beginning with a clean finish. A pleasant and well-rounded cup, enjoyable anytime.

Our Doi Chaang premium beans receive a long slow roast to create a dark, exotic cup with an intensely bold richness. Vibrant with an earthy fragrance, our Single-Origin Dark roast has a full body with a pleasant, slightly tart acidity. A sweet taste with a hint of smoky flavour, it finishes with a hint of caramel and macadamia nut.

While most espressos require a blend of beans from various regions, our Single-Origin Espresso has both the complexity and profile to stand on its own. A unique delicate espresso, it brings the distinctive characteristics of Doi Chaang Coffee into your cup. It is a sweet-toned, yet rich espresso that has a silky mouth feel. The finish is clean, fruity and well-balanced.

Our premium Doi Chaang coffee beans are decaffeinated using the patented Swiss Water process. This 100% chemical free decaffeination method uses only water to remove the caffeine. Our Single-Origin Decaf is a medium-dark roast that provides a delicately sweet, full-bodied cup with a pleasant floral aroma.

Rare and highly sought after, our Peaberry is slowly and carefully roasted for a vibrant and distinctive taste. Deep-toned with a hint of earthiness, an intense fruity floral aroma with a full-bodied profile. The Peaberry bean is much smaller with a higher concentrated flavour and represents only 5% of our annual crop.
